Qualified-Minimum Certificate IV in Massage (HLT40302)
Association Registered
Health Funds Registered
Insured - Professional Indemnity and Public Liability

Successfully fulfil requirements as above
Submit current Resume and photograph
Sign Placement Agency Agreement
Induction training into organisation where applicable
Be available for ongoing training & assessment
