I has been awarded a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science followed by a Masters of Chiropractic from Macquarie University. I employ a range of techniques covering both high and low forces to ensure the utmost benefit for my patients. I am proficient in manual adjusting of the spine and peripherals, drop piece technique, activator technique and specialised rehabilitation programs.
My special interests include the treatment and management of sporting injuries. I have been involved with numerous sporting teams across many sporting codes. In the near future I will be undertaking further postgraduate study in this field to allow me to work with elite athletes. As a treating intern at the 2009 Sydney World Masters Games I was exposed to treating athletes at a world class level across a great number of sporting codes.
I recently moved to the Central Coast after practicing in a Chiropractic clinic in the Inner West of Sydney. I am excited to be providing specialist Chiropractic care on the Central Coast.

I have always had a strong interest in Natural Therapies and in particular options to assist in the treatment of pain and discomfort. I was drawn from this interest to study a variety of Massage Therapy bodywork options. I have qualified in Remedial Massage, Trigger Point, Neurolymphatic Massage, Rejuvination/Detox Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hawaiian Fusion/Hot Stone Massage and Myofascial Release Therapy. I enjoy my work immensely and gain great satisfaction out of assisting my clients to improve their health and assist create balance in their life. I have always believed that your life path has been mapped out from the day you were born. Although, always having a keen interest in natural therapies, it wasn’t until my health took one of those detours in life’s journey, that I realised the benefits that natural therapies can ‘fully’ offer. I suppose I never really considered those rewarding opportunities, on a personal level, that this profession could offer either, until I experienced the benefits first hand. Therefore in 2003 I made the life ‘rewarding’ decision to leave a highly demanding job and commence studies in a new profession, as a massage practitioner. I feel blessed, to now be working in an industry and environment that continues to offer me, on a daily basis, a sense of fulfilment and achievement.
Observing clients, leaving my clinic room on a pathway to a restored state of well being and balance, is extremely rewarding.
Since obtaining my Diploma in Remedial Massage which incorporates Therapeutic Massage, Remedial Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Sports Massage, Trigger Point and Ear Candling, I feel so fortunate and proud to be a part of this profession and being able to offer my professional services in such a caring and supportive environment. My name is Zelka and I would like to tell you how I came to be part of the LakeSpa Practitioners team. I have always had an interest in massage therapy and over many years I was a very active sportsperson whilst working in labour intensive jobs, including the construction industry. Some six years ago I suffered an injury which required remedial and chiropractic work which was very successful. I had my initial treatments here at Lake Spa. As a result of this experience which assisted me greatly, and with my long time interest in remedial massage, I decided to embark on a career that would assist others whilst also giving me great personal satisfaction - hence my commencement at LakeSpa. I am a very enthusiastic person and am passionate about assisting clients in their recovery whilst also continuing my education ongoing in this field so I really look forward to meeting and assisting our clients.

Michelle qualified as a registered Naturopath in 1995. After spending time in her clinic in Sydney she travelled overseas, studying Kinesiology in England and teaching Touch For Health courses in Ireland. She also spent 6 months in Africa spending some time with natural healers in remote villages in Zimbabwe and Tanzania. On returning to Australia Michelle resumed private practice in Sydney before moving to the Central Coast in 2003. She has over 7 years experience working in health food shops which has provided her with extensive knowledge of the many natural therapy products and supplements available.

With 2 children of my own I have a passion for children’s health and wellbeing. I have had extensive clinical experience with conditions like Type 11 Diabetes; thyroid problems; stress and adrenal exhaustion; eczema and psoriasis; irritable bowel and coeliacs disease; hormonal problems including menopause and polycystic ovarian disorder. And for weight loss you can’t beat the detail and motivation provided by the body composition test!
My aim is to raise awareness and help people gain a greater understanding of themselves. The more we know about ourselves, the more we can do for ourselves.

Hello, my name is Vickie, I have always had a passionate interest in Natural Therapies, in particular those that aided in the reduction of pain and stress. My natural curiosity led me to be trained in Reiki and Crystal work.
I am a certified Level 2 Reiki Master, and have been practising for 6 years. My Reiki lineage stems from the original source Dr Mikao Usui. My Reiki is also used on other living things like plants and animals and provides non-invasive Reiki healing energies. I also work with crystals to aid in energy balancing and alignment of your chakras.
Being a mum of a special needs child, now an adult has given me great empathy for those suffering pain and discomfort , be it physical or emotional.
