Australasian Herbal Therapeutics (in person or via Live Stream)

The need to understand and apply Australasian Plant Medicine (herbs) has largely been neglected by practitioners and teachers of Herbal Medicine in Australia. Denis Stewart (Adjunct Associate Professor University of Newcastle 2002-2007) taught one of the initial courses in Australasian Herbal Therapeutics and will again offer a final program at the Lake Spa Wellness centre on the Central Coast of NSW in 2021. Practitioners of Herbal, Naturopathic, Mainstream Medicine, Pharmacy, and indeed interested persons are welcome to attend this fascinating informative weekend. Denis Stewart well-known Herbalist is an ATMS Hall of Fame recipient and was bestowed Life membership by the society is nearing retirement and wishes to share his knowledge gained over decades regarding the use of Australian indigenous plant medicine.
